2020 Swimming Season

The West Carver Community Pool has officially closed for the season on Friday, August 14, 2020. Thank you to the swimmers and families who attended the West Carver Community Pool this summer. As our managers and lifeguards head back to college and school, we want to give a special “Thank You” shout-out to them for a successful season including all the new safety protocols!

The City of NYA is looking forward to great 2021 season starting in June 2021 which will include open swimming and lessons. Watch for more details after the new year.

2020 Swimming Pool Guidelines

Planning Commission 6pm

The Planning Commission is a seven-member commission, which conducts public hearings regarding all planning related activities, including but not limited to, amendments to the zoning ordinance, plat approval, variances, conditional use permits, etc. After conducting a public hearing, it is this Commission’s responsibility to make formal recommendations regarding these issues to the City Council.
