Tacoma West Industrial Park
The Tacoma West Industrial Park provides opportunities for new and existing businesses to expand and bring industry and jobs to Norwood Young America. The Norwood Young America Tacoma West Industrial Park is located on the Southwest corner of U.S. Highway 212 and Tacoma Avenue. It is attractive for light industrial uses and benefits from rail access to the Twin Cities & Western Railroad and the MN Prairie Line Railroad.
Businesses can purchase lots for as low at $1 per square foot with no assessments (subject to meeting city requirements).
Lots range in size from 2 acres to just over 10 acres. The Tacoma West Industrial Park offers quick access to Highway 212, the future Highway 312 connection and Highway 5.
