Residents needing to enroll in water utilities can complete the Move In Form online. Submitting the form at least 24 hours in advance will give us time to schedule a final meter read so we can bill as accurately as possible.

Utility Account Update Request
The City of NYA is auditing contact information in the Utility Billing software.
With updated information, the City can send out public notices which could include important information such as water main breaks, snow emergencies, etc. These notices will be sent to an email or phone number. Please fill out this form, and return it with your utility bill, drop off at City Hall, or email to accounting [at] cityofnya.com (accounting[at]cityofnya[dot]com).
