The Senior Advisory Commission was established for the purpose of providing older adults with an opportunity to effectively communicate the social, economic, recreational, cultural, and personal needs. The Commission is advisory only and makes recommendations to the City Council for the establishment and/or funding of various programs and services needed by the older population.
The NYA Senior Advisory Commission meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 9am at NYA City Hall.
