When applying for a permit, select the applicable form below and send an office [at] cityofnya.com (email), or you can drop it by City Hall in person. Some permits can be processed over the counter or same day such as residential: roofing, water heaters, furnace & AC units and siding. Other permits require construction documentation with a detailed scope of work, a site plan and/or drawings. Please call 952-467-1800 with any questions.
