The Parks and Recreation Commission is a seven-member body composed of one City Council member, one Planning Commission member, one representative from School District 108, and four members from the local community. This Commission is an advisory agency for the City of Norwood Young America on such issues as park and recreational planning and park maintenance. The Parks and Recreation Commission meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at City Hall @ 6:00 pm.
